Love the Madrona Marsh? Want to help?

Here are things you can do, starting right now:

1. Join the Friends of Madrona Marsh. Your fees help support the wide range of programs and services sponsored by the Friends.
2. Pick up trash at the Preserve and Nature Center. While enjoying the Preserve, help keep it tidy by picking up trash and depositing it in a trash barrel.
3. Visit City of Torrance website and complete volunteer application.
4. Tell your friends about the Madrona Marsh. Encourage friends and neighbors to utilize our unique community green space and the resources and programs of the Nature Center. They are for all of us. Like and Share our Facebook page.
5. Make a donation. It doesn’t need to be large to help. Drop a small donation in the donation jar. Make a donation in honor of a friend or loved one. Make a yearly contribution. Every bit helps.
6. Tell your elected representatives how much you value the Madrona Marsh
7. Help serve as the Marsh’s eyes and ears. Many things happen on the Marsh every day. Let us know about both the good and the bad things you observe. Report to the Nature Center or call 310-782-3989.
8. Remember the Friends of Madrona Marsh in your will, trust or estate. There are many ways to make a lasting gift to the Madrona Marsh. Ask about our 'Madrona Forever Program' at the desk or online.
9. Join the Ralphs Rewards Card and a portion of your sale will be donated to the Friends of Madrona Marsh.
10. Become a member of Skyone Federal Credit Union.
